Little Palm Island
This bungalow set on a small private island has just 42 tables. Grab one and order the Ceviche, made with yellowtail soaked in a marinade of cilantro, lime, and ricotto, a Peruvian red pepper. Come between noon and four o'clock and be sure to ask for a table on the sandbar.
