Direct flights to Montreal's Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport are available from many U.S. cities. Just be sure to bring your passport!

Insider Tip

Montreal has great bike trails throughout the city and along the water. (Try the one that follows the Lachine Canal.) In Old Montreal, Ça Roule Montréal (27 Rue de la Commune Est; 514/866-0633; caroulemontreal.com) offers both bicycle rentals and guided tours.
