Gil Hanse’s Castle Stuart links near Inverness in the Scottish Highlands will be ready for limited preview rounds this fall, with an official opening in early 2009. The course, set on a bluff above Moray Firth, will eventually be accompanied by a hotel and spa… Bahía de los Sueños (Bay of Dreams), Tom Doak’s first project in Mexico, is scheduled to debut next spring. Laid out across a coastal desert between the Sea of Cortez and the mountains, the course will be part of a 4,300-acre resort forty-five minutes south of La Paz.
